We are thrilled to invite you to an exciting evening in support of the Copley Athletic Program! The Copley Athletic Booster Night at the Races will be an unforgettable night filled with fun, food, entertainment, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our athletes.
This event will help raise much-needed funds to enhance the experience for our students, providing them with new uniforms, facilities, and resources to succeed both on and off the field, court, pool, and mat.

Copley Cup Sponsorship
Dear Copley-Fairlawn Community,
On behalf of the Copley All Adult Athletic Boosters Club, we are excited to announce the upcoming 2025 Copley Cup, our annual fundraiser benefiting the Copley School District student-athletes. This event helps support our mission of enhancing the student-athlete experience at Copley-Fairlawn Schools, with all proceeds going directly back into the Boosters Club.
The Copley Cup is set to be an unforgettable evening, with an exciting Night at the Races theme, side games, and raffle baskets. We are proud to bring together parents, coaches, administrators, community members, and supporters to raise funds for our athletic programs, ensuring our athletes continue to receive the highest level of support.
We would greatly appreciate your consideration of becoming a sponsor or donor for this event. Your generous contribution will make a direct impact on our efforts to provide ongoing support to Copley athletes. We offer several sponsorship levels, all of which include great opportunities to showcase your business or support the cause.
Sponsorship Opportunities:

$1000: Title Sponsorship: (SOLD OUT) As our title sponsor, your business will be prominently featured at the event. Your logo will be displayed on the step and repeat where all our guests will have their picture taken, appearing in hundreds of photos. In addition, your business will be recognized as the head sponsor in all Copley Cup communications to the Copley community and you will receive a full-page ad in the event program. This exclusive opportunity is only available to one business, so act quickly!

$500: Blue and Gold Sponsorship: As a blue and gold sponsor your business will receive a half page ad in the event program, be announced as an event sponsor and we will place business cards on each table for all of the guests to take home (cards provided by business).

$300 Bar Sponsorship: Includes company signage at the bar, a half-page advertisement in the event program, and a Facebook shoutout.

$200 Auction Race Sponsorship: (SOLD OUT) Be the featured sponsor of the Auction Race with announcements during the race, a half-page ad in the program, and a Facebook shoutout.

$100 Race Sponsorship: Get your business name announced before one of the races, a half-page program ad, and a Facebook mention.
